This is a website for the South African Legal Fraternity using best practice Online Applications (LFOA). The LFOA is a non-profit organisation (voluntary membership association) created for the management and sharing of appropriate domain names for legal professionals in South Africa, in this case "bench.org.za" is shared by all members of LFOA that are also Judges on the Bench in SA.
The South African Judiciary: The LFOA adheres and subscribes to the objectives of the Judiciary although it is independent from the Chief Justice whose domain and website can be found at http://www.judiciary.org.za/, we also recognise the role of the JSC.
